The trouble shut page tries to help solving frequently met errors and warnings in using CPC web tools.


TERM ERROR:INTERNAL_ERROR_GET_RUNTIME_COMMAND
EXPLAIN If you got this error info, please contact us.

TERM ERROR: NON_EXISTING_TASK_ID
EXPLAIN It is that you used a none exists task ID to retrieve results. It is usually caused by that you are using an expired ID or your input ID is wrong spelled.

TERM ERROR:EMPTY_INPUT
EXPLAIN This means the user gives empty input data to CPC web server. Refer to CPC Quick Guide for how to input data to the web server.

TERM ERROR: INVALID_FASTA_FORMAT
EXPLAIN This is caused by the bad fasta format data input by the user. Refer to Fasta for more detial about the fasta format.

TERM WARNING: INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS
EXPLAIN This means you have specify an invalid email address. If you do not need the email results notice, just leave blank to the email input area. For more information, refer to EMAIL.

TERM ERROR: TOO_MANY_ILLEGAL_CHARACTERS
EXPLAIN There are over 10% characters in your sequence are not one of 'A' 'a' 'C' 'c' 'G' 'g' 'T' 't' 'U' 'u' .
