The trouble shut page tries to help solving frequently met errors and warnings in using CPC web tools.

ERROR:INTERNAL_ERROR_GET_RUNTIME_COMMAND: If you got this error info, please contact us.
ERROR: NON_EXISTING_TASK_ID: It is that you used a none exists task ID to retrieve results. It is usually caused by that you are using an expired ID or your input ID is wrong spelled.
ERROR:EMPTY_INPUT: This means the user gives empty input data to CPC web server. Refer to CPC Quick Guide for how to input data to the web server.
ERROR: INVALID_FASTA_FORMAT: This is caused by the bad fasta format data input by the user. Refer to Fasta for more detial about the fasta format.
WARNING: INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS: This means you have specify an invalid email address. If you do not need the email results notice, just leave blank to the email input area. For more information, refer to EMAIL.
ERROR: TOO_MANY_ILLEGAL_CHARACTERS: There are over 10% characters in your sequence are not one of 'A' 'a' 'C' 'c' 'G' 'g' 'T' 't' 'U' 'u' .
